Most deals fall through due to inability on the owner’s part to collect those documents in a reasonable timeframe. At HOMLI, we never allow this to happen to our customers. A HOMLI Expert is by your side during the whole process to guide you on anything you may need, as well as HOMLI’s professional network (engineers, lawyers, notaries) are always at your disposal should you require their services.

We provide you with weekly updates on the progress of the rent process. The update includes various items such as ads traffic, number of tenants who have expressed interest, plan for next week, etc.

Absolutely! Although the algorithm does not provide valuations when it does not have enough data to achieve sufficiently good accuracy, our HOMLI Experts can estimate the value of your property and propose the optimal rent strategy.
