Your home is published on Idealista — where most Spanish buyers search — and across international audiences reaching buyers from outside Spain. One submission, every relevant channel.
Can I use my own photos?
Yes, you can upload your own photos. If you don't have professional shots, HOMLI's photography service is included at no cost — a photographer will come to your home and produce the shots that work best for the listing.
How long does the listing stay up?
The listing remains live until your home sells, or until you decide to take it down. There's no monthly fee, no renewal, no expiry.
Will my phone number be visible on the listing?
No. Inbound calls and messages from the listing route through HOMLI first. Jose pre-qualifies each contact — real buyers get scheduled for viewings; agents fishing for the listing get filtered out before they reach you so there's no spam for you.
Can I edit my listing later?
