What if the sale falls through — do I owe anything?
Nothing. HOMLI takes nothing from you at any point during the sale of your home, regardless of whether or not the transaction closes.
Are there hidden fees somewhere I'm not seeing?
No. The selling service is genuinely free for homeowners — no listing fee, no marketing fee, no service fee at closing. The full sale price is yours, less only the standard taxes and the notary fee you'd pay in any sale.
Can I use my own lawyer for the contract?
