How accurate is the valuation?
It's based on real market data and given as a range, which is the honest way to reflect a real market. Note it's a market valuation, not a certified appraisal (tasación) for mortgage or legal purposes.
How is my home's value calculated?
From real market data: HOMLI looks at homes similar to yours in your area, adjusted for size, condition, and features. You get an estimate of the actual market value. Not asking prices, and not an algorithm's guess.
Do I have to sell to get a valuation?
